I'm excited to share three things I do every Spring. First off, I declutter. Clearing out the excess stuff frees up space and makes me happy. I'm prioritizing going through each room, sorting out what's essential and what's just taking up space. Next, I get outside for my 10,000 steps. I find a fast-paced walk helps clear my mind and boosts my energy. Have you noticed that tulips are starting to pop up from the ground? Lastly, I pull back the drapes! Opening the drapes and blinds to let the sunshine in is just so good. I may rearrange furniture to maximize the sunlight that streams in too. So there you have it — three things I do every Spring.
